Shell challenged us to communicate the new performance and efficiency benefits of its premium Shell V-Power fuel, to drivers across the globe.
Putting all the macho performance driving ads of yesteryear aside, our strategy focused on 'the pursuit of being the best'.
Our idea was to find master performers: those who had perfected their discipline, whether it be a sport, artform or anything else.
We found two perfect influencers: Olympic gymnast Brinn Bevan, and ballet dancer Kylie Shea Lewallen. Both with a considerable social following.
Each film features graphics that follow the performer's motion, communicating how they feel as they move, and how different aspects of performance and efficiency are crucial in mastering their skill.
And all for a production budget of just over £100K.
