Educating people on the benefits of motor oil while avoiding technical jargon is no easy task.


But since this was a social campaign, we thought the kind of crazy, backyard science experiments popular online were a good place to start.


Our idea? To recreate the extreme conditions the oil faces in your engine, and pit everyday objects against them.


Working with UNIT 9 and director Simon Neal, we converted a North London warehouse into a laboratory, and then shot the crazy results on a high speed camera.
